Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) for F10 Products

We believe that insightful communication and education to our consumers can help us come forward together.
Effective from 25/02/2021, for F1O Products associated with, F10 has unilaterally implemented the Minimum Advertised Price. This policy will apply to all distributors, retailers who advertise F10 Products online to end-users.
The Minimum Advertised Policy (MAP) on all F10 products can be found by contacting the authorized personnel. The MAP policy identifies the price at which the product is supposed to be advertised. The MAP does not include the shipping charges. We hold the right to change the MAP without any prior notice.
Policy
The policy mentions that it is a violation to advertise any products of F10, lesser than the mentioned current MAP. Viva Pet supply is solely responsible for sharing the IMAP for the covered products, as well as communicating it to the resellers. This policy only refers to the IMAP and does not include the prices at which the products are sold or offered for sale.
Advertising
This policy defines Internet advertising as all promotional and pricing information regarding the covered products under this policy that are displayed via the internet. This also includes the use of online links as well as sponsored posts that might be linked to the website of the seller. The display of the price will be considered as advertising if they are available to the general public, that is, they can access it without any log-ins or are not secured with any passwords.
The advertising price can be defined as the price that is available to the general public after considering aspects such as discounts and promotions of all kinds. It also includes various codes and links that are required to be open for better pricing.
Violation
First Violation: For the first violation, there will be a written notice that will be sent to the party that has violated this policy. The company will wait for seven days after the notice is issued.
Second Violation: If after 7 days the violating party has still not rectified based on the MAP, it will be considered as a second violation.
Company shall:
A.Cancel any existing orders for the covered product and refuse to take new orders for the same for a period of 30 days.
B.If the violating entity is a retailer or entity that purchases from a distributor, the distributors will be notified that they are no longer authorized to sell the covered product for the same period.
C.If, after 30 days the violating party is still in violation of the MAP Policy, it will be considered as a third violation
Third violation: For the third violation, the company will follow the same steps but for a period of sixty days.
A.Cancel any existing orders for the covered product and refuse to take new orders for the same for a period of 60 days.
B.If the violating entity is a retailer or entity that purchases from a distributor, the distributors will be notified that they are no longer authorized to sell the covered product for the same period.
C.If, after 60 days the violating party is still in violation of the MAP Policy, it will be considered as a fourth violation.
The reseller’s account will be suspended from acquiring the covered products on an indefinite basis.
This policy will be enforced by the company at its sole discretion.
